Beta Core Speed is technically a bonus workout, but as long as you order from me, any other Team Beachbody Coach, or the Team Beachbody website, you will get it. Some of my favorite moves in this workout are āLā Squat, Burpee + Crisscross and of course Single Arm Burpees, but I may just be a glutton for punishment. Again I think Shaun T is the one talking in the background of the music, trying to subliminally motivate you. The moves are coordinated with the music, which I think is a really cool aspect of these Speed workouts. Each time we repeat we try and pick up the pace, though the moves last for less time. Then we do both rounds back to back twice. The premise of this workout is the exact same as Beta Speed 2.0, you do 2 rounds of exercises, each repeated 3 times on their own. Beta Core Speed is kind of a tweener, in that it is a step up from Beta Speed 2.0, but not up to the level of Gamma Speed 3.0. It may be my second favorite in the series, trailing only Gamma Speed 3.0.
